Öz Tüketim

Güneş ve rüzgar enerjisi daha çok kullanılmaya başlandıkça şebekenin stabilitesini koruyabilmek de daha zor ve pahalı olmaktadır. Bu nedenle ara enerji depolama sistemleri, şebekedeki güç dalgalanmalarını yönetilebilir sınırlarda tutabilmek için hızlı bir şekilde mecburi bir araç haline gelmektedir. Dahası, tarife garantileri azaldıkça, öz tüketimi artıran ev enerji depolama sistemleri için olurluk incelemesi yapılmasının önemi her geçen gün artmaktadır. Ara enerji depolama, elde edilen güneş ve/veya rüzgar enerjisinin öz tüketimini artırır. Böylece bir sonraki aşamada öz tüketim kendiliğinden %100'e ulaşır ve şebekeden bağımsız hale gelir.
